Turn your next gathering into an unforgettable experience with SD + Co.'s luxury mobile candle-making service! Perfect for birthdays, bridal showers, girls' nights, corporate team-building events, church retreats, and private celebrations, our hands-on experience brings fragrance, creativity, and a touch of luxury directly to your event. Each participant will create their own 8 oz soy candle while exploring a curated selection of fragrances under the guidance of SD + Co. What's Included: Approximately 90 minutes of guided candle making One 8 oz soy candle per participant Curated fragrance selections All candle-making materials and equipment Professional instruction Setup and breakdown of SD + Co. equipment and supplies Candle-care guidance Private Group Pricing: 10–19 participants: $60 per person 20–29 participants: $55 per person 30+ participants: Custom quote Minimum Booking: $600 (10 participants) Venue Requirements: This is a mobile service. Clients must provide the event venue, tables, chairs, and a suitable workspace. SD + Co. supplies only the materials and equipment necessary for the candle-making experience. Travel: Complimentary travel within 10 driving miles of our Hutto, Texas studio. Additional travel and transportation fees apply beyond this distance. Reservations: A signed service agreement and 50% nonrefundable deposit are required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 15 days before the event. SD + Co. Mobile Candle-Making Experience Booking & Cancellation Policy Reservations & Deposits: All private experiences require a signed service agreement and a 50% nonrefundable deposit. Dates are not reserved or guaranteed until both the signed agreement and cleared deposit are received. Submitting a booking request does not secure a date. Minimum Booking & Guest Count: A $600 minimum booking covers up to 10 guests. Additional participants are charged according to the applicable group rate. Final attendance must be confirmed at least 14 days before the event. Reductions after confirmation do not lower the agreed total. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 15 days before the event. Bookings accepted within 15 days of the event require full payment upon confirmation. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Deposits are nonrefundable for client cancellations, except as required by law or stated in the signed agreement. Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability and approval. Additional preparation costs may apply. If SD + Co. cancels and an alternative date cannot be agreed upon, payments for services not provided, including the deposit, will be refunded. Travel & Transportation: Travel within 10 driving miles of our Hutto, Texas studio is complimentary. Additional travel and equipment transportation fees apply beyond this distance and will be quoted before booking confirmation. Venue Responsibilities: Clients must provide the venue, tables, chairs, suitable workspace, necessary electrical access, and appropriate ventilation. SD + Co. provides candle-making supplies, equipment, instruction, and setup and breakdown of our materials only. Safety & Candle Care: The venue must permit candle-making activities. Participants must follow all safety instructions. Freshly poured candles require cooling and curing time and may not be ready for immediate use or transportation. Confirmation: All requests are subject to SD + Co. approval. A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the signed agreement and cleared deposit.
